How should I store my ENZO Extra Virgin Olive Oil?
To maintain peak freshness and flavor, store your olive oil in a cool, dark place away from heat sources like the stove. Ensure the cap is tightly sealed after each use to prevent oxidation.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Are your products organic?
Many of our products, including several of our ENZO Extra Virgin Olive Oils and estate-grown almonds, are certified organic. Please check the specific product labels and descriptions for certification details.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our California estate flavors to international customers in the future.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message that will be printed on the packing slip (prices are never shown on gift shipments).
